Susan Bauer Promoted to Director of Operations

Relevate proudly announces that Susan Bauer has been promoted to Director of Operations. In her new role, Susan now leads Relevate’s client success team and oversees operations and project management.

About Susan:

Experienced in leading and coordinating service delivery and release management, Susan joined Relevate 5 years ago as Project Manager. In the time since, she has built and led multiple projects, helping onboard clients, manage change, and optimize operations.

In addition to project management, Susan has overseen customer-facing initiatives and repeatedly found ways to build insights, enhance processes and procedures, adopt best practices, and focus internal operations.

Susan has over 25 years of experience in IT and DEV Ops program and project management, product management, business strategy and process management, vendor management, and operations.

Prior to joining Relevate, Susan worked in Geospatial Location and Spatial Analytics at CoreLogic, leading multiple complex projects and bringing over a dozen new products to market.

Susan strongly advocates for personal and social responsibility. She extends her commitment to those values by volunteering for the National Park Service, where she also integrates her passion for outdoor cycling.
